Visit the official Summit websiteWe’re excited to share our latest AI work at CoreNet and show how it helps answer the questions that determine whether a site will work.
Our trained models help us assess whether a proposed use is permitted, whether a property fits the operation, and which permits or approvals may be needed. By combining zoning research, market availability, and operating requirements, we can narrow a search around what will actually work for the business.
For a third-party logistics (3PL) operator, we used this approach to narrow available properties based on permitted uses, then evaluate which combinations of sites could cover the areas they needed to serve. We also compared projected throughput per dollar of rent to identify the options with the strongest operating value.
Backed by Y Combinator, our team combines real estate expertise with Silicon Valley research and engineering talent. We’re focused on a practical result: thorough research, responsive service, and clearer decisions for commercial real estate teams. Come see the technology in action and meet the people building it.
This year’s theme, Beyond the Horizon: From Complexity to Clarity, feels relevant to that work. The agenda brings together AI, data analytics, portfolio strategy, and the changing needs of the workplace.
We’re especially interested in the conversations around sustainability. Our AI research can surface environmental and site considerations alongside the other facts behind a property decision. We want to compare notes with CRE teams on how that information can help them make better use of existing space and understand the trade-offs between cost, operational needs, and environmental impact. We’re looking forward to hearing what teams are measuring, what they need from their research, and where AI can be useful.
